Returns & exchanges

Not what you hoped for? No hard feelings. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery on every product.

All Space Captain orders are placed through our Etsy shop, so returns and refunds run through Etsy too. To start one, open your order under Purchases and reviews on Etsy and choose Return or exchange item — or just message us there and we'll walk you through it. Refunds are issued through Etsy to your original payment method once the return arrives.

Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility — unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, in which case it's covered.

If something showed up damaged, defective, or not working right, skip the form and contact us first — we'll make it right, usually faster than a return would.
